K-5 Chinese immersion eClass is specially designed for Chinese immersion programs. It is developed
according to ACTFL Language Proficiency Standards and Guidelines along with Common Core State
Standards to meet the challenges of Chinese immersion education.
Developed and written by experienced, mainstream immersion experts and teachers, this program
provides educators with second language teaching pedagogy and authentic language and Common Core
teaching materials. It is also enriched with animated texts and interactive games to attract and
interest learners and to differentiate their learning of Chinese language and culture.
eChinese eClass platform inclusive of digital multimedia teaching material, supplementary teaching
resources and application tools, as well as teaching and assignment management system, meets the
needs of teachers' online teaching, students' post-lesson exercises and independent learning.
Teachers conduct online teaching through the platform, assign homework or learning tasks to
students, view and keep track of student learning and homework completion. Students attempt and
submit the homework and learning task assigned by the teacher and submit online.

学堂k-5沉浸式中文教材，由美国明尼苏达州具有多年沉浸式中文教学经验的资深教师团队精心编写而成。内容根据ACTFL中文教学与美国各州社科标准，同时参考新加坡新版《欢乐伙伴》教学大纲，及汉语水平考试（HSK）分级字、词要求，以满足AP和IB考试要求为目标。

学堂平台，包括数码多媒体教材、辅助教学资源与教学应用工具，以及教学与作业管理系统，满足老师的线上教学、学生课后复习与自主学习需要。老师可通过平台完成线上教学工作，或发布作业或学习任务给学生，在线查看学生学习记录，了解学生学习及作业完成情况。学生在线完成老师发布的作业或学习任务，并在线提交给老师。
